Tanzania Safari Tour Itinerary – 4 Days

Day 1: Arusha / Moshi – Tarangire National Park

Meet your safari guide in Arusha or Moshi and depart for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full game drive in one of Tanzania’s most underrated parks, famous for large elephant herds, giant baobab trees, and diverse wildlife along the Tarangire River.
Wildlife sightings may include elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and many bird species.
In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing en route as you enter the endless plains of the Serengeti.
Afternoon game drive in central Serengeti, home to large predator populations and seasonal wildebeest migration.
Dinner and overnight inside Serengeti National Park.

Day 3: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, an excellent time to spot predators. After breakfast, continue with a short game drive before heading toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Arrive at the crater rim in the afternoon and enjoy panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater. Relax at your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha / Moshi

After early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to the Big Five, including the rare black rhinoceros, as well as hippos, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and flamingos.
After lunch, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha or Moshi, arriving in the late afternoon.
