Marangu to Mandara Hut
Your adventure begins with a morning departure to Marangu Gate, located on the southeastern side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you will complete park registration formalities before meeting your experienced mountain crew. After a short briefing, the trek starts through the lush tropical rainforest that covers the lower slopes of the mountain.
