Moshi/Arusha → Tarangire National Park → Karatu
Start your safari with a morning pickup from Moshi or Arusha and drive toward Tarangire National Park. After entering the park, begin your game drive through its beautiful landscapes, including open plains, woodland, and areas around the Tarangire River.
During the game drive, look for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, lions, and different bird species. Your guide will help you spot wildlife and explain the animals, plants, and environment around you.
After the game drive, leave Tarangire and continue toward Karatu for your overnight stay. Enjoy dinner and relax at your lodge or camp while preparing for the next day’s Ngorongoro adventure.
Karatu → Ngorongoro Crater → Moshi/Arusha
After breakfast, drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater provides a spectacular natural setting with grasslands, forests, and water areas that attract many animals.
