Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Distance: Approximately 120 km Driving time: Approximately 2–3 hours
Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. After a briefing with your safari guide, you drive toward Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal wildlife concentrations.
Upon arrival, you begin your first game drive through the park. Keep your camera ready for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Depending on the season and location, you may also encounter lions and other predators.
After an exciting day in the park, you proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight accommodation.
