Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Momella Gate to Miriakamba Hut

After breakfast, transfer to Momella Gate for registration. Begin your trek through dense rainforest, accompanied by an armed ranger due to wildlife presence. Enjoy sightings of giraffes and buffalo along the way. Arrive at Miriakamba Hut for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut

Trek through montane forest into moorland terrain with spectacular views of Meru Crater and Ash Cone. Reach Saddle Hut and rest. Optional afternoon hike to Little Meru for acclimatization.

Day 3: Summit Socialist Peak to Miriakamba Hut
